shure pro audio

Is this a good setup for home recording studio?
I'm looking to get at least a decent sound for recording drums, guitar, and vocals. I have a budget of about $800.
First off, I'm going to be recording from my 2009 13" Macbook Pro. I'm thinking about getting these to start off with:
Presonus Firepod (recording interface)

Shure sm57 (snare/guitar/vocal mic)

Digital Reference drum mic kit

I will eventually be getting like a better condenser for recording vocals and guitar and stuff, but as of now, im trying to get a decent sound for drums. Tell me what you guys think. Thanks.
Looks cool,
Good luck to ya man
